〇Regarding orders

How do I cancel my order?

Please use the email inquiry form, fill in the corresponding order number and product number, and fill out your inquiry.

*Cancellations will only be accepted during the order period for the corresponding product.

How do I change the quantity of my order?

You will need to first cancel the already-completed order, and place a new order with your desired quantities.

Please contact us by using the “About revising orders” portion of the email inquiry form.

〇Regarding products

The delivered product is defective

Please contact us regarding any defective product within 10 days of the arrival of the product by using the email inquiry form.

*Please note that items for which a certain amount of time has passed since purchase, or used items, will not be eligible for repair services.

*Inquiries will be handled in the order in which they are received and may require between 2 weeks to a month in order to complete processing. We apologize for this inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

〇Regarding member information

How do I edit my registered information?

Go to the Account Dashboard on your My Page, and you will be able to edit your contact information and delivery address.

How do I unregister from Shonen RIC?

Use the “Other” portion of the email inquiry form, and indicate your desire to unregister, your name, and your registered email address.

〇Regarding emails

I haven’t received an order confirmation email

Customers using their mobile carrier’s email addresses may possibly be unable to receive our emails due to spam settings on your device.

For this reason, customers who have situations corresponding to the above may need to allow their mobile devices to accept emails sent from computers, or allow emails sent from the “” domain.
